Physiotherapy services include

1. Physiotherapy services for elderly patients with the problems of nervous and muscle systems consist of
   • Patients with Stroke, Paralysis and Paresis
   • Accident Patients with Spinal Injuries
   • Therapy before and after Neurological Surgery
   • Backache and Myasthenia Gravis
2. Physiotherapy for Orthopedic Patients: Elderly patients with fractures require knee or hip replacement surgery, or patients suffer arthritis, frozen shoulders, injuries, pain and losses of organ functions.
3. Physiotherapy for Heart and Lung Capacity
4. Physiotherapy for the Elderly: The physical strength of the elderly will return to a normal condition and enable the elderly to perform activities of daily living, including psychological rehabilitation. The elderly patients in this group include elderly patients in general and those with depression.

Physiotherapy Room and Devices

• Room for Gait Relearning Therapy and Reo Ambulator: The room is equipped with advanced and expensive devices and technologies needed by elderly patients with a walking difficulty, including stroke patients, Parkinson’s patients, patients with myasthenia gravis affecting their walking and surgical patients needing leg training.
• Electrotherapy Room: The room is equipped with electrotherapeutic devices consisting of shallow heat, deep heat, electric stimulation and ultrasound for pain relief, muscle stiffness, joint pain, tendinitis, frozen shoulders, etc.
• Physiotherapy Room for Lumbar and Cervical Tractions: The devices are used by patients with the problems of neck ache, backache, herniated disc, arm and leg pain and neck stiffness causing migraine.
• Physiotherapy Room for Muscle Exercising: The exercise helps improve the mobility of joints, strengthen muscles and support activities of daily living among patients with the problem of nervous system mobility.
• Training Room: The room is equipped with several devices, such as spin bike, railing and parallel bars for each elderly patient.
