In case physicians consider that the elderly patients require continued care in the hospital, the elderly patients will be transferred to Kluaynamthai Natural Home or other hospitals advised by the patients and the relatives. Both the patients and the relatives do not need to worry about treatment plan handovers or patient transfers. Kluaynamthai Natural Home strives to maintain its treatment quality by conforming to JCI’s accreditation standards for Natural Home.
Medical Procedures at Home
Nurses are responsible for changing feeding tubes and urinary catheters as per physicians’ orders. Natural Home provided by nurses enables elderly patients to receive treatments and care while they are at home, and the services at home are similar to those provided in the hospital. Kluaynamthai Natural Home focuses on service quality, so care skills, techniques and medical devices and technologies are applied to the prevention of infections and complications. The nurses are licensed, qualified and experienced. If some patients cannot receive any treatment and care services at home, the hospital will provide them with transfers to and from the hospital before they are provided with continued Natural Home.

Kluaynamthai Natural Home sells and rents out medical devices and technologies, as some patients may need the medical devices and technologies after they are discharged from the hospital.
